Set It & Surrender Workshop

Set It & Surrender is an intimate three-hour workshop led by Demi Howell that explores what it means to set intentions for your life while learning how to surrender your need to control the outcome.

During this experience, Demi will teach you how to look beyond simply identifying what you want and begin examining why you want it, what may be influencing your desires, and whether the way you are pursuing those desires supports the life you actually want to live. You’ll also explore the difference between taking responsibility for what is within your control and carrying the unnecessary pressure of trying to determine exactly when, where, or how things should happen.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll use a guided workbook to apply the teaching to your own life. You’ll have an opportunity to identify the intentions you want to set, examine what those intentions require from you, and recognize the areas where it may be time to stop forcing, overthinking, or attempting to manage an outcome that is beyond your control.

The experience will conclude with Surrender at Sunset, a 30-minute stillness ceremony designed to give you an opportunity to put the teaching into practice. Phones will be put away as we spend the final portion of the evening in intentional quiet and stillness.

Your registration includes live teaching with Demi, a guided Set It & Surrender workbook, light refreshments, and the Surrender at Sunset Ceremony.
