There are a lot of groups out there for women who build things. Masterminds. Accountability groups. Online courses with a Facebook group attached. Places where you post your wins and everyone claps.

This is not that.

The Soft Boss Society was built for the woman who is tired of performing. The one who has spent years being the strong one, the capable one, the one everybody calls when things fall apart. The one who has accomplished more than most and still lays awake at night feeling like something is missing. She doesn't need another place to prove herself. She needs a place to exhale.

Nobody here is pretending to have it all together. What we do have is a shared language, a shared framework, and a shared understanding that the most powerful version of us is the regulated one.

A Note From Demi

I built this because I needed it and it didn't exist.

I spent years being the woman everyone counted on. I was good at it. Really good. But good at performing and good at living are two very different things and it took me a long time and a very loud wake up call to understand that. I don't want that for you.

I want you to have the framework I didn't have. The community I didn't have. The permission I had to give myself the hard way.

You don't have to earn your softness. You don't have to wait until everything falls apart to start putting yourself back together. And you don't have to do any of this alone.

That's why this exists. I'll see you inside.
