For over twenty years I was the woman behind the chair, behind the brand, and behind a smile that nobody questioned. I built a six figure salon, won national competitions, and earned every accolade the beauty industry had to offer.
And I was tired in a way I could not explain to anyone.
My name is Demi Howell. I am an entrepreneur, a mother, a breast cancer conqueror, and the founder of the Soft Boss Experience. I built this community because I paid a price I never should have had to pay. And I refuse to let another high capacity woman wait as long as I did to figure out that softness was never the enemy.
It was always the answer.
