Welcome to the Soft Boss experience. We believe in creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for all who visit, shop, and grow with us. Please review our store policies carefully. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Pre-orders or made-to-order items may take longer (timelines will be noted on product pages).
- Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on location and selected method.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
- International Orders: International shipping is available. Please note customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because of the nature of our products (including beauty items, digital downloads, wellness goods, and limited edition collections), all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [softbossexperience@aol.com] with your order number and photos. We’re happy to make it right.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes due to fulfillment timelines. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.
DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
All digital downloads (eBooks, journals, guides, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable. These products are intended for personal use only. Sharing or reproducing Soft Boss content without permission is a violation of our intellectual property rights.
SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
- are billed quarterly unless otherwise stated.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Due to the custom nature of each box, we do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged.
AFFIRMATION CARDS & JOURNALS
card decks and printed journals are final sale. We take pride in hand-checking each product before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out within 5 days of receipt.
PRIVACY POLICY
