We take pride in every product that leaves our hands. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products, including beauty items, wellness goods, affirmation cards, journals, and limited edition collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at softbossexperience@aol.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will make it right.

Digital Products

All digital downloads including eBooks, journals, and guides are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Subscription Boxes

We do not offer returns or refunds on subscription boxes unless an item arrives damaged.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately if you need to make a change.
