Soft Boss Coaching

Soft Boss Coaching gives you two ways to work with me depending on the level of support you need.

The Soft Reset: 60-Minute Private Coaching Session

A focused private session for the woman who needs clarity around a specific situation, decision, pattern, or season. We’ll get underneath what’s really keeping you stuck, identify what needs to shift, and determine your next move with clarity, strategy, and truth.

Choose The Soft Reset when you need focused support around what is happening right now.

The Soft Boss Experience: 3-Month Private Coaching Series

A deeper coaching experience for the woman who knows she needs more than one session. Over three months, we work through the patterns, pressure, habits, beliefs, and internal conflict affecting how you lead, live, love, work, and show up for yourself.

Choose The Soft Boss Experience when you’re ready for ongoing coaching, accountability, and sustained change.

Not sure which one to choose?
If you have one specific issue you need help working through, start with The Soft Reset. If you know there are deeper patterns you’re ready to address over time, choose The Soft Boss Experience.

Sessions are held privately on Zoom, and your link arrives by email as soon as you book. If you choose to continue into The Soft Boss Experience, your Soft Reset fee is credited toward your enrollment.
