  • Pre-Orders / Limited Drops: Processing times may vary. Details will always be listed on the product page.

Shipping Time & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on the best rate and delivery time to your location.
  • Domestic Shipping: Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping: Times vary based on destination. Customs delays may occur and are out of our control.

 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

International Orders

Yes, we ship globally! Please note:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with your order.
  • Delivery times vary based on country and local customs.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our control. We are not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather or carrier issues
